Gauging the interest for the FIRST Red Tent co-ed retreat. Please RSVP if you would be interested in attending the co-ed retreat in Bear Lake, June 21-25.

Basic idea:

🌀 4 days, 3 nights

🌀Two houses: One for men + one for women.

🌀A carefully crafted itinerary that includes some meals + experiences together as well as within our respective homes together.

🌀This trip will include all accomodations + and delicious, well-planned meals.

🌀Each house will offer morning experiences + evening experiences that could include but are not limited to: mindful movement, breath work, yoga, meditation, sound healing, energy work, cold plunge, astrology, Gene Keys, Human Design and much more.

🌀 Aside from opening + closing ceremonies, we will spend one day all together in the Wild Life Reserve, canoeing, paddleboarding, observing nature + enjoying lunch as a group.

Cost range: $1111-$1333. As always there will be opportunities for discounts + trade.
