Grief Circle is for anyone looking for the comfort of a small group experience where you are welcome to come just as you are. To experience grief can feel overwhelming and isolating. Grief Circle is about slowing down to feel exactly where you are and allow others to help support you. It is a gentle and kind environment where everyone is allowed to share, or not, equally.
