About the event
Meet as early as 8am to connect, to sit in the sauna or cold plunge. Breakfast, coffee and tea will be available. Arrive by 10am to circle up. Wear clothes that you can move mindfully in or lay in comfortably. Please bring a journal and pen. If you prefer your own, bring a coffee/tea mug, yoga mat, blanket and pillow.
We will be carpooling/caravaning at 12 to Crystal Hot Springs, which is about 1 hour 11 mins drive. We can plan on departing from the hot springs whenever you and your car mates choose!
Come for some or all of the experience. $44 contribution will cover all costs. Please reach out if you are only planning on coming for part of the days adventures.
Sisterhood of the Sun and Moon will be about $44 each experience.
