Balance | Round ✌🏼

Red Tent Collective is looking forward to hosting Balance once again, but this time down in Southern Utah! Our first Co-ed retreat last year in June was one of the most up-leveling, healing, connective and fun retreats that we created, so we are truly looking forward to doing this one again. 

Balance fully brings the Yin + Yang all weekend as we flow between our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intelligences guided by some of the most impactful, empowering, inspiring and devoted teachers + practitioners. Our daily medicine will include: meditation, yoga, breath work, journaling, card pulling, eating delicious home cooked meals, in-depth discussions, cold plunge, laughter, tears and so much fun.
