A Coed Spring Retreat in Southern Utah

Evolve is an invitation into gentle growth. The kind that happens naturally when you’re given space, safety + room to breathe.
Set against the expansive beauty of Southern Utah at the height of spring, this retreat is designed to feel curious, fun + quietly expansive. Rather than intensity or effort, we move at a grounded, supportive pace, creating space for reflection, insight + those subtle “downloads” that tend to arrive when we finally slow down.
Our days will be shaped by sound healing, meditation + embodied experiences. Including yoga by the lake and an optional day trip to Zion National Park. Time outdoors is a central part of the experience, with opportunities to explore the surrounding landscape together, not to rush or conquer, but to experience awe, perspective + presence.
