We created this retreat for women who want to learn mental health coping skills, tools, practices, strategies, and support in an in-depth intensive weekend.  This retreat is going to be transformational, empowering, relaxing, rejuvenating and provide a chance to recommit to being cool to yourself.  I want us to build a tight community of like-minded warriors who are committed to working on our mental health.  This is an investment in yourself and your wellness and I want to support you in taking time to prioritize your needs!
