About the event
Thursday nights Meditation + Sound Bath offers a 90 minutes all immersive energetic experience. Within our time together we will explore what is happening in the Astros, we will pull a tarot/oracle card(s), tapping into the seasons and Chakra system each class. Sound, Breath Work, Meditation and Reiki may be intuitively fused into the class depending on the day, week or monthly themes and daily energetic needs.
Please bring a journal + pen to class.
