Origins is a Friday evening, collaborative experience devoted to generational healing, embodiment + conscious transformation. Each gathering offers a unique entry point into this work through rotating facilitators + modalities while staying anchored in a shared intention: to gently unwind inherited patterns, regulate the nervous system + reclaim the power to live, lead, operate + love differently.

Through practices such as journaling, somatics, breathwork, Gene Keys, astrology, sound healing, inner child work + feminine-centered ceremony-- Origins invites you to explore the roots of your story + to consciously choose what you want to carry forward.

These experiences are held in community, guided with care and designed to be both grounding + expansive. You may attend a single session or commit to the full journey.
