Therapeutic Thursday w/ Bonnie

Therapeutic Thursday can be a variety of different types of yoga, sound breath or meditation guided by an experienced and intuitive practitioner. We typically always pull cards and write down some journaling questions. This class is meant to be well rounded and all immersive. Feel free to bring your own props, but everything you may need for class, can be provided.

The room is heated and can get spicy. The yoga is 100% accssible to all bodies and skill levels, and the vibe is to be created by all. Mats and blocks are available if needed.
