Yoga with Bonnie

Join us Thursday night's for in person or virtual yoga with Bonnie. This experience could offer journaling, card pulling, meditation, breath work, restorative yoga, Vinyasa, Power or strength + balancing yoga. We will always discuss the astrostrology forecast before the news and are highly focused on gratitude, healing, unconditional love + deeply intimate connections. This class is accessible to all skill levels + body types. 

These magical evening yoga classes will leave you feeling confident with easy to follow and clear instructions so you won't have to worry about whether or not you are brand new to this practice or have years of experience. 

No, you don't have to be flexible, in fact, you could just come lay on your mat for the hour an just soak in the goodness of the weeks intention. 

For class:

♥️Virtual: You will need: Water + yoga mat. Feel free to add any props you can place under your hands for extra length, for example a yoga block, water bottle or something sturdy with about 6-8 inches of height.

♥️In-Person: Come as early as 6:30 to grab coffee or tea and set up your space and connect. Expect a hand written card at the end of class and a cool towel occassionally for the sweaty classes. There are only 11 spots open, as this is held in our basement studio so PLEASE make sure to RSVP and check"in-person" if that's your plan!

Optional: Journal, bolster, strap, blanket, pillow, cards or crystals.
