Back from post partum (and still in post partum) get ready to get back into flow with me! This class welcomes all ages and skill levels. This practice is truly accessible to everyone- the perfect place to start or stay in your discipline.

Bring your own mat, props or conform items or the studio can provide all that you are needing.
